  1. Liegestütze, Gewichte heben und ähnliche Kraftübungen erhöhen den
    Augeninnendruck >> gefährlich. Solche Übungen sollte man lieber unterlassen und Alternativen wählen.

  2. hey und zwar wollte ich fragen an was das liegt vor etwa einem jahr habe ich easy schöne 40 liegestütz machen können und jetzt schaffe ich nicht mal mehr 10 obwohl ich eigentlich mehr trainiere als damals ich muss dazu sagen das ich krass gewachsen bin in dem jahr und wollte eben fragen ob es vllt daran liegt oder so

  3. Früher war ich recht fit und hab auch im Studio trainiert. Knapp 5 bis 6 Jahre Pause und auf der faulen Haut liegen, brauche ich tatsächlich so ein Video! Danke an den Creator! 🙂

  4. Ich habe garnicht das Problem das mir die Kraft in der Brust fehlt, ich habe eigentlich viel mehr das Gefühl das ich die Körperspannung nicht halten kann… 🙈

  5. Moin, hat jemand auch das Problem, dass man wegen knacken in beiden Ellebogen, Angst hat diese zu machen? Bei knackt es jedesmal beim runtergehen. Schmerzt nicht, fühlt sich aber falsch an. Was kann man dagegen machen?
