Attacks by Boston youth ‘terrorizing unsuspecting citizens’ proceed downtown; police can’t make arrests because many suspects ‘too young’

Boston’s mayor and law enforcement officials are struggling to handle a string of at the least five violent assaults involving juveniles “terrorizing unsuspecting residents” that have occurred across Boston.

The latest attack occurred on Wednesday night when Boston police had been dispatched to Boston Frequent shortly after 6:30 p.m. Two ladies claimed they have been attacked by 5 youngsters.
