Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of consuming Massive Macs daily

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum News Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Big Mac streak started on May 17, 1972.

“I’ve solely missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I depend each Massive Mac. I’ve counted every Big Mac I’ve eaten my entire life,” Gorske stated.

Gorske eats two Big Macs a day.

“All by life right here, a lot of people mentioned, ‘You’ll be dead before you reach 50 years of eating Huge Macs.’ I suppose I proved them incorrect,” he mentioned.

His son shouldn't be shocked at his father’s persistence.

“We at all times went to McDonald’s with my dad and had glad meals. I always cherished my chicken nuggets, and my brother at all times beloved his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s just an everyday life kind of thing for us,” he mentioned.

Gorske’s son has more of a diverse food plan.

“I used to eat rooster nuggets daily. I used to eat cheeseburgers day-after-day, but ultimately you simply get sick of it. I don’t know the way he does it, but he definitely does,” he stated.

Gorske says he'll proceed consuming Massive Macs with a Coca-Cola on the facet until he dies.
