DALLAS - The high courtroom will enable a wrongful dying lawsuit to proceed in opposition to the town of Dallas and 4 law enforcement officials.

The household of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

The Supreme Court upheld a federal appeals court docket’s ruling that may permit the case to proceed.
