Juveniles Crash Stolen Automobile Close to White Home: Officers – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive right into a concrete safety barrier close to the White House, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automotive about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automotive slammed into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at seventeenth Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials said.

Video shows a silver sedan partly crumpled within the entrance across the street from a Secret Service guard post, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There were two juveniles in the automotive. Each had been taken to a hospital and at the moment are in stable condition, officials stated. We don't know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face charges.
