DALLAS - A 15-year-old woman from North Richland Hills is now residence after being kidnapped by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks game at American Airways Center. But the family still seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly sufficient relating to the crime, which had the woman as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.
