Household of Abducted Girl Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Intercourse Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old lady from North Richland Hills is now house after being kidnapped by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks sport at American Airways Middle. However the family still seeks solutions, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not acting swiftly enough relating to the crime, which had the lady as part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone missing a complete of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that approach (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims towards them for their negligence and different causes of motion.''

Fortenberry stated the teenager’s father knowledgeable police at the sport when he realized she was lacking. But, in keeping with the legal professional, the daddy was instructed to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
